Mount Nebo

Mount Nebo is a significant biblical and historical site located in western Jordan, approximately 10 kilometers (6 miles) northwest of the city of Madaba. It holds great religious importance as the place where Moses is said to have seen the Promised Land before his death, according to the Hebrew Bible.

Standing at an elevation of around 817 meters (2,680 feet), Mount Nebo offers visitors breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes, including the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Jericho, and even glimpses of Jerusalem on a clear day.
